Guarantee:
Puppies should be vet checked by your veterinarian within five days of purchase. If puppy is not examined within this time any guarantee is void. Any health issues MUST be communicated through your licensed veterinarian. Great care is given to ensure the good health and disposition of each one of our puppies. We do our best to give each of our puppies proper care and socialization until the time when they go to their forever homes. However, we are not responsible for temperament problems, biting, accidental death or other situations caused by neglect or abuse. You will receive your new puppy with a record of its shots and dewormings. You will need to complete the vaccinations and dewormings with a veterinarian of your choice.
This puppy guarantee is for one year after birth against fatal and life-altering congenital disease, including severe hip dysplasia, heart, pancreas and liver problems of a severe, life threatening nature. This does not include joint problems caused by over feeding, improper feeding, over exercise and other factors out of our control when in the development stages.
If a puppy shows a life threatening defect, we must be notified of the problem within 48 hours of the licensed veterinarian's findings . If for any reason the puppy is found to have a life-altering health issue or must be euthanized due to the above stated conditions, within the above stated time period, a written statement from two different clinics must be provided stating the condition of the puppy. After documentation is received from the licensed veterinarians, we will replace your puppy with the next available puppy of the same gender. At this time all registration papers must be returned to us. This is a puppy replacement guarantee, NOT money back. A puppy of equal value will be chosen from the next available litter for replacement. We never reimburse any vet fee or expenses of any kind.
In the case of sudden death within one year after birth, an autopsy must be performed; and if the reason should be from a congenital defect a written documentation from your licensed veterinarian must be provided in order for a replacement puppy. We make no guarantees regarding the loss of a puppy due to theft, sickness due to lack of vaccinations, neglect or any loss beyond our control except as is stated above.
In the unfortunate event that legal action must be taken by either party, it must be done in McLennan County, Tx.
This guarantee does not include uneven bites, undescended testicles, skin/ear allergies, umbilical hernias, puppy acne, parasites or any other condition inherent to the breed. We will not replace a puppy that has been neglected in any way. Buyer agrees not to expose puppy to any public places until puppy has had the full series of vaccinations required. Puppies that contract parvo, distemper, coccidia, giardia or worms after leaving us are not covered by this health guarantee.
Puppies must be picked up by nine weeks of age, or within one week of purchase.
A weekly boarding fee will be assessed for puppies kept beyond this point.
Current food is Royal Canin Medium Puppy. You will be provided with a small supply of current food upon purchase. If you choose to change puppy food, you should switch to your choice of food gradually.
This contract applies to original buyer only and is not transferable to a second party.
